Most productivity tools are built around getting more work done.
I wanted to build something that also helps you stay healthy while doing it.
When we're focused, we often spend hours staring at our screens without realizing it. We ignore tired eyes, forget to drink water, skip movement, and tell ourselves "just five more minutes." On the other hand, a single impulsive click on YouTube or X can completely ruin a productive session.
That's why GetYourLifeBack is built around three simple ideas.
🏆 A scoring system that rewards consistency and helps you build healthier screen habits over time instead of relying on willpower.
👀 Wellbeing tools like the 20-20-20 eye rule, water reminders, and movement breaks to help you stay healthy during long work sessions.
🎯 Smart work scheduling with automatic website blocking so you can plan your day and stay focused on what actually matters.
This is just the first version and I have a lot more planned.
I'd genuinely love your honest feedback.
• Which feature did you like the most?
• Which feature did you find unnecessary?
• What would make you install and keep using this every day?
I'll be reading and replying to every single comment today. Your feedback will directly influence what I build next. Thanks for checking out GetYourLifeBack! ❤️

It would be great if the breathing pause before blocked sites could be skipped after a quick countdown for moments when I genuinely need to check something urgent. A "snooze for 60 seconds" option would keep the friction for habitual scrolling but stop the tool from getting in the way when it really matters.

The breathing pause before blocked sites actually works for me, I was expecting it to feel annoying but it gives me just enough time to reconsider. Also love that the 20-20-20 eye break doesn't feel pushy.
