Pros:They've been very helpful customer service wise. The platform is getting easier to understand and kinks are being worked out.
Cons:Sometimes customer service seems to not understand me, so it takes a few tries of explaining myself. But that has gotten better over time.

I've loved using Gist (was Convertfox) for probably 2 years or so. It works like a charm, and I've seen a HUGE spike in conversions. Just keeps getting better; great job, Gist team!

Pros:chat, forms, drip email autoresponder emails. Knowledge base and visual builder are amazing.
Cons:It's got everything I need with new landing pages coming in the future!

Pros:Excellent array of tools that means I can keep most support / marketing activities within one platform
Cons:Would like API to extend to the Knowledge Base. Would also like to be able to add own code to Knowledge Base articles.
