Pros:Giveth is an open community where everyone is welcome to learn and contribute to designing new governance models for donating.
Cons:none that I can think of.
Quite a few major projects in ethereum either use GiveEth created smart contracts or look to the GiveEth team for auditing. Very credible team so you know there going to deliever.
Pros:Some of the top engineers in the Ethereum community decided to focus on tools to empower cooperative communities like non-profits.
Cons:Not really a GiveEth-specific. but we need more education and support for decentralized solutions in general.
