That’s exactly how we think about it. For most people, the hardest part is not generating, it’s knowing what to make in the first place.
The quality jump in AI-generated video is wild — Kling 3.0 with consistent character lip-sync in 15 seconds solves a real problem for content teams.
Interesting to think about how this fits alongside real video capture. We build video recording infrastructure at Vidtreo (also on PH right now) and see the same platforms needing both: AI-generated content for marketing and previews, plus real camera recordings for things like interviews, identity verification, or student submissions where authenticity matters.
The line between generated and captured video keeps getting thinner from a quality standpoint, but the use cases are diverging. Excited to see where the API at dev.glam.ai goes — there's a whole generation of apps that will need to orchestrate both synthetic and real video in the same pipeline.

Olga Vasilevskaya That's exciting to hear! The "capture + generate in the same pipeline" workflow feels inevitable — platforms will need authentic human video alongside AI-generated content, not one or the other.
Would love to stay connected as both products evolve. There might be interesting integration territory where Glam handles the creative generation and Vidtreo handles the raw capture side. Either way, congrats again on the traction — 9M users is no joke 🙌
The “start from what’s already working” angle is the real unlock here. Most AI tools dump you into a blank prompt box and expect creativity + execution, but you’re basically abstracting the hardest part which is picking the right idea at the right time.
The combination of trend detection + templates + auto model orchestration is what makes this feel more like a system than just another generator.
The part I’m curious about is defensibility over time. Trends move insanely fast and also get saturated quickly, so how do you avoid templates becoming commoditized or overused across users?
Do you see this evolving more toward personalized trend recommendations per user, or staying more as a global trend layer?

Moreover, personal approach for UGC content is also widely used, more and more users apart from thends use simple promts to make it different

I’m trying to purchase the Glam.ai subscription, but the payment keeps failing. I have already tried using 2–3 different credit cards, but the transaction still doesn’t go through.
