Go Fucking Move: workout sport commitment motivation fitness goal

Hey Product Hunters! 👋 So, here’s the point: staying consistent with my fitness goals has always been a struggle. I discovered GoFuckingDoIt by levelsio and I told myself it could be a good idea about fitness workouts/goals. Fitness apps never really helped me. They’d track my progress, sure, but there was nothing to force me to stick to my goals. Motivation isn’t the issue. We all want to be healthier, fitter, stronger… but staying accountable? It sounds tough, but I think it works. When you know there’s money at stake, suddenly that morning run doesn’t feel so optional. I get that this totally goes aganst the usual apps that fight laziness with XP points, badges, achievements, or any rewards. But I think it’s not aimed at the same people. It really depends on your mindset and what motivates you, but I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who responds better to real commitment than to encouragement. GoFuckingMove is made for people like that. The money charge isn’t meant as a punishment: it’s more about making a real commitment. Just to be clear: the money just goes to Go Fucking Move and not to any charity. The goal is to be profitable.
