I designed, developed, and launched Goal-Digger in two months because my “learn X” plans kept dying in ~70 open tabs. I wanted something that turns any goal—“Learn French,” “Learn skateboarding,” anything—into a finishable daily questline: small Learn / Practice / Reflect steps, gentle reminders, and a light game loop with coins, an avatar, and a cozy Room. Honest bit: I’m on Gemini 1.5 (free tier), which has no built-in web search, so I built a scraper to find free resources. It works, but link quality isn’t always where I want it—some picks are great, some are just okay. I’m improving ranking, deduping, and domain whitelisting so recommendations feel consistently “wow.” What’s special: warm, playful UX that taps your inner kid; visible progress through coins, stats, and unlocks; and daily pacing that keeps you moving instead of doom-tabbing.
