Our confidence is based on user testing we've been conducting over the last couple of months and feedback we've gained. We also view the experience holistically, end to end, beyond just the toothbrushing experience. From when you first hear about Goby to when the product lands at your doorstep. Our goal is to make customers happy.

Prices of product and subscription are FANTASTIC. Literally a fraction of my Sonic and the brush heads. Questions for you: I hear that there are a lot of patents around electronic toothbrushes which has kept out a lot of competition. There's a reason why it has only been two brands for years. How have you gotten around that? Also, how is it so cheap?

@lukedeannif Great question Luke! The design is completely our own. With that being said, we spent a lot of time examining the patent landscape ensuring we're all good there. We've been diligently working on Goby for nearly two years. Happy to launch! Regarding price, by bypassing traditional retailers and their markups, we're able to pass along those savings to you, the consumer.

Kudos on the design and the great price point! I see you have a subscription for replacement brush heads; can you explain a bit more about how that works?

@robrtanthony Thanks Robert!! So happy to hear you like the design. Happy to explain the subscription. We tried to keep it simple. You choose the quantity of brush heads you and the frequency (1, 2 or 3 months). That's it! You can always cancel or modify any time. You don't get charged until the new brush heads are shipped.

So, being in the UK I'll have to wait sometime before I can (hopefully) buy - will this include a subscription? Any best guess as to how long? I've set up an account - will I be informed when the product is successful enough to expand your market?
