Hi everyone, I’m Pras, founder of Goddo.
Kids are already talking to AI. But none of it was built for them.
Goddo gives each child their own AI. Parents create a profile and Goddo gets to know the child through conversation. Parents can also see insights over time and better understand what their child is curious about.
We’ve actually been building Goddo as a dedicated hardware device. That’s still coming soon. But we decided to open up the web version so families can start experiencing it now, from their phone, laptop, or their child’s own device.
This is the first public version and I’m here to learn.
I’d love your feedback on the experience, what surprised you, what didn’t and what you’d want for your own child.
Thanks for checking out Goddo 🙏
My 7-year-old already sneaks onto ChatGPT when he gets the chance, so the premise that kids are already talking to AI feels spot on. The part I'd want to understand is content boundaries. Can parents set topics that are off-limits, or does Goddo handle that automatically?
@klara_minarikova That’s a great question and honestly one of the main reasons I started building Goddo.
Goddo has built-in guardrails by default so parents don’t have to configure anything for it to be safe and age-appropriate. On top of that, parents can also set their own do’s and don’ts during profile setup. For example, they can ask Goddo to include certain values or avoid specific topics.
The goal is to give parents both peace of mind and control without turning it into something they have to constantly manage.
p.s would love to hear what your seven-year-old thinks if you decide to try it :)
@pras Good to know it works out of the box — that removes the biggest barrier for me honestly. The do's and don'ts during profile setup sounds like a smart approach, way better than having to dig through settings later. Might give it a try over the weekend and see how he reacts.
@klara_minarikova you can try a quick 5-minute mars adventure with your 7 year old without even signing up - https://goddo.kids/game
@pras Thanks for the tip, we will give it a try this weekend :)
New update: Kids can now practice new languages through real conversations on Goddo 🌍
No flashcards. No lesson mode. Just natural dialogue.
Currently supporting 9 languages including Tamil, Hindi, Spanish and French.
Would love feedback from parents trying this with their kids.
