Turn gear photos or video frames into 3D assets, build your operator, and share remixable loadouts. Built for airsoft players and gaming streamers, with GPT-6 Astra reviewing captures and 3D results, plus Live mode for audience voting.
It made the project really come alive! I tried to build this a few years ago and the models were not there yet to create the glb with accuracy but Astra has been phenomenal in being able to build this with quality.
Hey Product Hunt! I’m Bharadwaj, the maker of goLoadout.
goLoadout gives airsoft players, cosplayers, and creators a place to turn their gear into a 3D identity: build an operator, assemble a loadout, share it, and let others remix their own version.
Start with one of 12 official showcases, make a free starter copy, and swap pieces to make it yours. You can also upload gear photos or choose frames from a video to create a custom 3D asset. Live mode brings public builds into an OBS browser source, with audience voting and gear inspection.
For the GPT-6 Astra Challenge, here’s where Astra fits: it assesses capture views, compares the reconstructed model against the source images, directs a bounded Blender cleanup pass, and reviews the result again. Meshy performs the 3D reconstruction; Blender packages the model and exports. The separate character-building assistant helps with catalog selection and draft edits.
A key design choice is keeping uncertain results visible: models that don’t pass review remain drafts. These are visual assets, not measured CAD. The official showcases use authored/shared library assets and are labeled accordingly.
Starter remixes are free. New gear generation costs $10 per asset, and optional character-assistant usage has separate $10 credit packs.

What would you build first, and where would you want to share it? I’d love feedback on the creation flow and which gear is hardest to represent well.
