I saw a talk by one of the founders of GoodAppBuilder last week and was impressed at how simple it seemed. You pay a pretty reasonable yearly fee to gain access to the platform, which utlises a simple drag and drop interface so you don't need to do any coding at all. I don't think it could handle anything too bespoke, but it's got templates such as loyalty cards and games, so it's probably appropriate for a lot of smaller businesses.

There are so many of these plarforms popping up, that target the non-technical market.
This one seems cool.
