I won't recommend this application. Their customer support is one of the worst ever. They are playing with travellers money, and are not paying on time their money, what makes them doing an ilegitim act. We are many people affected and no responses. The only thing they can say is that payments are being processed manually (seriously a company that raised $8M in investments is processing payments manually??!). That we need to be patient, its ridiculous

Had a horrible experience with Grabr. I recommend you to stay away of it as much as possible as even their customer service had no empathy and had no intention of trying to solve a problem or build a community around their service.

People can accept and cancel requests whenever/however they want and grabr doesn't do anything about it.
Pros:Solves a real problem in some countries
Cons:Horrible customer service/support and community
