Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built GradeMyCard after losing money shipping a card I *thought* was a PSA 10 — it came back an 8. $25 in grading fees and $12 in shipping, gone, because I couldn't see a tiny corner ding with my own eyes.
So I built an AI that scores cards the way PSA, CGC and BGS actually grade them — Centering, Corners, Edges, Surface — instead of spitting out one fake number. It also checks for counterfeits and pulls real market comps so you know if grading is even worth it before you pay.
The part I'm most excited about: we just added restoration uplift estimates. A $30 fix (cleaning, light pressing) can sometimes push a card from an 8 to a 9 — which on the right card is a 3-10x jump in value. We show you exactly which defects are fixable and connect you to vetted restoration pros.
It's free — 3 scans a month, no card, no signup wall. Would love your feedback, especially on grading accuracy vs your real PSA/CGC results if you try it on a card you've already gotten back!

Took a quick scan of a beat-up Magic card I had lying around and the centering call was spot-on, plus it actually flagged a corner ding I hadn't noticed. Pretty wild that it suggests whether a cheap cleanup is worth it before paying grading fees.

Love the no signup thing, makes it way easier to just try it out. One thing that would be really helpful is a side-by-side comparison of your scan against similar cards that have actually been graded by PSA or BGS, so you can see how your estimate stacks up to real submissions. Would make the whole pre-grading process feel a lot more trustworthy.
