Love this! I have been using various sites to find hackathons in London, hopefully this will become to one stop shop! Would be great if you could provide a short description of the event on the page without having to go to the register page, just a thought!

We are working tirelessly on adding as many hackathon to our site as we can find. Unfortunately, hackathons are short-lived, one-weekend events, hence every week a new supply of hackathons is needed. We have strengthened our relationships to hackathon organizers to give them access and power over their hackathons on Hackevents. Simply login, claim hackathon, and add a bunch of cool stuff.

@orignmaster Hey Sam, thank you. That's definitely on our roadmap. We actually had this feature on the front page for a beta test but it was not 100% reliable and a bit buggy. Stay tuned! 💪🏼
@michaelrbock Great idea Michael. That's not something we are currently collecting but I put it on the backlog and let organizers add a tag for their hackathon.

@vrungta Great idea. We are sort of teasing categories but many hackathons don't really have a category or it's hard to find out. Definitely gonna add it tho; let organizers do it
