What's the feedback loop here? Does the engine score agents on their own outputs, or do you need human labels to bootstrap it?

Handit looks like a powerful step forward for running AI agents in production — especially love the “self-improving” angle and the A/B testing of fixes. We're currently managing agent drift and prompt degradation manually, which takes time and still leaves gaps.
How easy is it to integrate Handit into an existing agent workflow (e.g. RAG or LangChain), and how customizable are the evaluations to match specific business KPIs?

Back in December, the handit team and us tried this methodology. They ingested around 40k calls to a given prompt and then handit A/B tested the prompt with an improved version. We tracked the performance and it went from 40% to 70%. Amazing work!!! keep it up!
