@tarungangwani Hey Tarun, great question. I have been wondering too, because I have been using a lot of tools myself. There is no problem to use emails of people that have publicly shared their emails. Most tools that are out there for prospecting, use public info to find emails, so it should not be a problem. Just make sure NOT to send mass emails to personal emails (gmail for instance), but to the persons company email (name@grokstream.com).

@stevenlu Cold emailing people with emails from HeadReach is not against LinkedIn's TOS as the emails are not obtained through LinkedIn, so there's no relation to LinkedIn. Also, for LinkedIn TOS to apply you need to have a LinkedIn account and use LinkedIn in one form or another — with HeadReach case you don't need a LinkedIn account. Hope this helps.

And we're pretty good at finding emails :) So far we've been able to find the emails of people with very obscure online presence like the fake news journalist Paul Horner for example. @j_r_wi11iams Don't have enough data yet to give an average # for the platform. For my account, I got around 20% bounce rates on the emails. Email verification feature is next on our list to weed out the bounces. Still trying to get this right as email verification is really tricky — quite slow and increase prices per email. I've been waiting for Headreach to come to life for about a year, becase a year ago I found Kalo's Ultimate Guide to Outreach. An awesome free ebook, where I learned a lot of new tricks on prospecting. This is the guide if you want to learn how to be creative in finding prospects contacts. That is why I've been waiting for this tool so patiently. I've been using it for about 2 months now and I can say that it is - Perfect for finding the right people fast and the emails that I can't find otherwise(super accurate). Especially helpful is the advanced search, because it is so much faster than Google, LinkedIn and Crunchbase, that I became lazy :D. In any case thought, I am still waiting for the moment Headreach will be able to do bulk searches by industries or domains/companies. Then it will be my only choice for prospecting. Many thanks Kalo for your ebook. I learned a lot and it helped me find a lot of contacts on my own! Now you did great work implementing these ideas into Headreach and make this process a lot faster! Can't wait to see what's next :)

I've been a user of HeadReach from the very beginning and the tool mature a lot during the last couple of months. Pretty useful if you are into sales or doing outreach. This is one of these tools that you can feel the ROI right away as it helps you sell more, or generally get more exposure which again leads to new business. Definitely give it a try!
