@patrick_henry_lewis about 1-2 cents per day which averages out to about 45 cents per month. Every calculation I've done shows expenses to be less than 15 cents per, and at scale it in theory goes down to like 5. Things are looking good

@kensavage I believe HealthMode offers better customization in terms of nutrition goals, the food journal (meal names and number are tied to the day, not the entire journal like MFP), and is just an overall better experience. While yes, being free is the primary differentiator, I believe it is a powerful one.

Just started testing the app on Android. Running into a few bugs upon first configuration: - When I select my birthdate, it chooses a day before. So for example when I pick 20-7-74, it shows 19-7-74 - mL should be ml, Cm should be cm, etc. - when I enter my username, it repeats previous characters when I enter a new character. So for example I want hapklaar and type it, but the field shows: hhahaphapkhapklahapklaahapklaar. When I do a backspace after the first repetition, it works fine. I don't like my info being shared with all those 'vendors', so disabled as much as possible. Next I will test the app for a while and get back with my findings. PS I see it can't connect to Samsung Health, Health Connect or any other Health data provider. I use this a lot, so I don't have to enter each exercise or my weight and steps manually in MFP. Are you going to add this functionality?

@hapklaar Interesting bugs, somehow myself or my testers never came across those. -And yes, for now it's just food/water, weight/measurements, and workouts. I will be adding support for integration with the health providers in a future update, it just wasn't the main focus at the start

I just started using this app today on my Google Pixel Fold. Whether I have my phone open to see larger, or closed to the default phone window, the Dashboard tab never loads. The other two tabs open fine so far. I am still looking around trying to use all of the features.

I have been typing in simple foods into the food database, like apples or cereal, and I don't see anything familiar. It looks like I will be using the barcode scanner to add everything I use. But I eat a lot of while fruit, so this may be a problem.
