I'm Giammi, founder of Healthy Buddy.
Almost 2 years ago I became a father for the first time.
If you've been there, you know how it goes... sleepless nights, new priorities, and somewhere between diapers and feedings, I completely lost track of my own health.
Months passed before I looked in the mirror and thought: "Ok, I need to get back on track!"
But I knew myself. Without a real system, I'd slip back in a week.
So I started building one. I picked up intermittent fasting, got back to the gym, started counting calories again. I even began journaling (something I'd never done before) and it honestly helped me more than I expected. I added creatine and a few supplements to the mix.
And naturally, I looked for apps to help me stay consistent.
One for fasting. One for workouts. One for calorie tracking. One for supplements. One for journaling....

VERY inconvenient.
