I've already mentioned in the comment that this product is inspired by feedback.fish I started working on helppie from where feedback.fish has stopped.
I think I can add more features to this service and it can serve better to collect feedback from users.

It looks free + $9/month. Any specific reason for this price range? I feel product of this caliber should be more expensive. about $29/month.

For now I've decided to go with $9/Month, I want to keep it affordable for early startups. After I am done with adding more features, pricing may increase a bit.

Hey Arvind, this looks great. How did you decide on using 1000 submissions per month as the limit for the free tier? If you don't mind me asking. That sounds like a lot! But i'm not very informed about this space.

Wonder what's the decision to change 1000 submission for the free plan to 25 submission? Such a drastic change. Was the initial 1000 meant to gather traction during launch?
