@ivankorol8 Thanks for your feedback! IT support was one of the groups we kept in front of us while building. Fewer things to explain before the session means fewer things to explain per end-user, and that compounds when you are carrying lots of them.
Hello. I just used HelpWire for the first time for a remote help session and it was very successful. So I would like to thank HelpWire for that.
The only thing me and my client did not like was that HelpWire gives an automatic chat message to my client at the beginning of the session and we speak Finnish language. So she was a bit scared and asked me in the phone "What is that!? Is that you!?". So, please, I would like to be able to customize the automatic chat message that appears for my client when starting a session.

Tried remote connection with HelpWire before commenting. A bit different from what I’m used to but very easy for the person on the other end.
