As a developer who builds tools for finance and ops teams, I’ve worked with just about every BI setup out there — Tableau, Power BI, Google Sheets workflows, custom QuickBooks integrations, you name it. HeronAI is on a different level. It connects seamlessly with QuickBooks, HubSpot, Google Sheets, and other core platforms my clients use. Setup was basically zero. Aimee, their AI assistant, actually understands what users are trying to ask — and generates usable, real-time dashboards without dragging anyone through SQL or DAX hell. Most “data analytics” tools still leave clients with a bunch of disconnected graphs. Heron gives them context and clarity — and I don’t have to build custom reporting pipelines just to make the data usable. If you're a developer supporting finance teams or founders, this is a no-brainer. It makes your clients feel smarter, and saves you a ton of build time.

I've been working in real estate for several years, using tools like MLS, Zillow, and many others with my assistant. For a long time, I wondered why there wasn't a better way to manage all my listings, properties, and client information in one place—it was a constant frustration. Early-stage companies spend way too much time just trying to pull together a clean financial view, especially when they have so many data sources. What I saw with Heron is that they connect to the tools teams are already using and build dashboards immediately, without a bunch of setup. And even if there is a custom dashboard or integration needed their team seems to respond pretty quickly. It’s fast, founder-friendly, and a real upgrade from the workflows most teams rely on.

As a nonprofit that invests in women-owned businesses, we track a lot — funding progress, performance, impact metrics — and it used to take hours to pull everything together. HeronAI changed that. I can see everything in one place, track what matters across our companies, and go into board meetings more prepared and confident. It’s taken a lot of the stress and manual work out of reporting. Highly recommend it if you’re juggling multiple stakeholders and data sources.

I run a small business as a voice actor, and I'm a pro musician who used to tour full-time with my band. So I know what it's like having bookings in one place, invoices in another, gig and tour notes, merch orders somewhere else, etc. Been trying HeronAI to see if it could help, and it’s actually been super useful. Not perfect, but it’s way easier to get a handle on everything without digging through a bunch of docs. Worth checking out if you’re wearing a lot of hats like I am.

I wish HeronAI had existed when I first started my startup. I've wasted so much time on porting data into/out of QuickBooks, HubSpot, Google Sheets just to answer easy questions. Heron does that for me, builds the dashboards, and explains what’s going on. A huge win for any early-stage founder who wants to get clarity fast and maximize the time they spent on high-value tasks.
