I can imagine this must have gone through some rigorous FDA testing; kudos for pushing out a products for hers @andrewdudum + team! Curious to know about side-effects, testing and what the implementation and adoption rate looks like?

After experiencing severe postpartum hair loss the last couple months I started looking for solutions online. There aren't many. So when ads for Hers started showing up on my Instagram I was excited. I went to the site, read about the complete hair kit (of course the J Lo recommendation obviously helped). I thought, "Finally! There is hope." So I ordered the 6 month supply (why not save some money by ordering in bulk, right?). Well, not 12 hours later, early the next morning, I read somewhere else online that Minoxidil is actually some pretty serious stuff AND not recommended for postpartum hair loss. This is in part because it can be dangerous for kids, particularly if they are breastfeeding. So I immediately reached out to the support team to try to cancel my order. They told me, even though my order had not shipped yet, that they could not cancel my order. Not only could they not cancel my order, they also don't accept returns of any kind. The customer service rep eventually offered me $75 but that's not even 50% of what I spent on products I CAN'T use. I'm all for women having easier access to the prescriptions they need, but there really should have been a prompt that asked me to confirm I'm not using the product for postpartum hair loss and/or not breastfeeding before allowing me to purchase. Either that or I should have had to speak to someone before ordering. At least then I wouldn't have mistakenly ordered 6 months of products that are completely useless to me. Not to mention the huge waste considering they still shipped all 6 months of products! Very disappointed, and won't be ordering anything from Hers again.

Please beware and do extensive research Particularly for the ”women’s viagra” a dangerous anti depressant with the strictes fda warning.

I really wanted to love Hers, but my experience with their customer service was terrible. After accidentally signing up for a subscription, I was unable to cancel it online and forgot to call them, so I ate the cost of the second month of a subscription I didn't want, $160. Fine, my fault. But then I did call them, email them, and send a message through the chat function - and they still didn't cancel my subscription. When they charged me a third time, I called again, sat on the phone for 36 minutes, and finally was able to cancel it. But even though my product hadn't shipped, they refused to refund the third charge of $160 and only offered a partial courtesy refund. I'm so disappointed; I expected better from this company, but I'm glad to have learned the lesson now and will never do business with them again. Highly recommend anyone reading this doesn't either.

The website had me first buy a $10 subscription after clicking a “try now - $30” button for birth control that is “easier to access for women” through their website. It gave me the hopes of being prescribed birth control for ovarian cyst pain and heavy periods. After my medical evaluation, the doctor told me she couldn’t help me and to go see my doctor to be treated. She gave me no other useful tips or advice. I feel like turning patients away to other doctors defeats the whole purpose of this website. It advertises the ease of getting birth control to women who need it, and many women receive it to treat their acne, heavy periods, and ovarian cysts. I paid for a membership for nothing. There also isn’t a direct button to cancel your $10/month subscription. You have to request for it to be cancelled.

Especially propranolol. If a vital you report is too low or something you report is accidentally wrong, you could be seriously hurt- or worse, die.

The other meds should NOT be given without a doctor giving a physical exam. It's too dangerous.
