Super interesting idea. This might be a basic question; however, is there a way to limit the chatbot knowledge?
On our main product, we have marketing case studies that are popular. It would be interesting to explore adding a chatbot to it.
Curious to know what happens if someone asks the chatbot questions about religion or other non-relevant topics?
@salil_sethi It will give a generic answer just like gpt-3 if the question is not related to knowledgebase content. But yes we can provide an option to limit the answers to only the content it knows

how many questions are generated to train the model? if my website page content is long such as 10k words. is it such as 5 questions per 100 words?
@intvijay All the content is fed to the bot, when you ask any question bot will answer relevant snippet from your content as it already has a full understanding
I tried to use it but it's crashing on me, maybe overload from the popularity. But does it spider all the links in a website you post, and scrape all available content in all available links, for example, filtered within the domain? That sounds useful if it does.
I like how easy this is to use (paste your links and go) but the chatbot doesn't work that well.
Criticism:
- No option to delete your account?
- The interface is not so good
- You can only log in with Google, not email
- There's a button misleadingly titled “copy embed” but when you click it it asks you to share the site with 5 people to unlock it. Honestly, I'd much rather pay a small fee than advertise a product I haven't even had a chance to properly try.

congrats on your launch! I like to use heybot for the website of my company https://www.torstenstapelkamp.de, but also for my lessons given as professor for service design thinking and ux. Its interesting for preperation the lessons ;-) but also to show the students, whats possible and what they need to know, to make their design-job.
@torsten_stapelkamp It is a great use-case to train the bot on your lessons and provide it to your learners so that they can learn via conversing with the chatbot as it saves their browsing time
