Save 1 hour a day by making Gmail work for you. HeyHelp is an AI assistant that auto-sorts emails, highlights priorities, drafts replies in your voice, blocks cold pitches, and learns your patterns. Works with OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic.
@h_j_sob that's music to our ears, especially coming from an early user. Thanks for the review, Howard!

@h_j_sob We have more to add in the next releases that will make HeyHelp experience even better: AI follow ups, Custom Tags, and AI calendar scheduling, and so many others!

To be honest, it saves me more than 1 hour per day, because HeyHelp gets rid of a bunch of useless cold pitches and it automatically creates drafts to reply the emails faster, super useful!
@paula_rocha1 so glad to hear it's been helping you! 🚀

@paula_rocha1 Thanks for the amazing feedback! Agree with you: I use the auto archive feature a lot, so many people daily tring to pitch you, and those messages appear in between your urgent emails, creating extra noise and distraction.
Now I only check them from time to time in the pitches label/folder, only to see if I've received something interesting, but when I have time, not in between my emails. Also enjoy the email drafting, very handful indeed!

This is such a great idea, I imagine it makes your inbox (and brain) feel way less cluttered throughout the day! Love tools that help people stay more focused and protect their time from unnecessary distractions, I'm definitely excited to try this out :)
We’re tackling a similar problem from another angle with Zentral, our mindfulness-driven productivity tool for Chrome. Excited to see more products helping people work with more clarity and intention. Congrats on the launch!
@josh_gallup exactly. Like I say in the video, it’s not about the waste of time only. It’s really about the focus, headspace and peace of mind you get, once all the clutter automatically gets sorted on the background.
Will check Zentral, the idea sounds so cool!

Looks like a great tool! Thanks for sharing this, Duda! A messy gmail inbox is a nearly universal problem. Yup, just checked, 19,711 unread! (its my personal one, filled with promotional crap, so I cant be too embarrassed!)
@jason_rivard I’m glad it resonates! I totally understand how personal inboxes get even more messy, mine used to be 100% like this 😂 not trying to pitch but honestly, one day HeyHelp went down and I panicked almost immediately with the amount of crap that started flowing. It’s the kind of thing you take for granted until it’s gone!

@jason_rivard Totally true! Doesn't matter if it is for personal or professional inbox, it's great to use the auto-archive feature and get rid of the non important emails and emphasize by the big red tag the important ones, so you can clearly see which ones you have to take action, read and reply and what can be removed!

Hey HeyHelp team,
The product looks incredibly useful. I think the idea of helping to manage the overwhelming amount of emails in Gmail is a fantastic concept, as it’s a problem many people face.
My only initial feedback is to make the setup process, specifically connecting Gmail and setting up integrations, a bit easier to get started with.
Overall, I really like this product and think it has a lot of potential! Great job!
@andrew_barnett5 thanks so much for the feedback, really appreciate it. You’re right: the “bring your own key” model does add an extra step, and we’re already working on making that flow smoother. Were you able to get everything set up? If not, just let us know, we’re happy to help!

@dudabardavid1 Thanks for getting back to me. The email integration didn't work.

@andrew_barnett5 If you already like and enjoy HeyHelp, you'll be glad to use it with our next releases: AI follow ups, Custom Tags, and AI calendar scheduling, and so many others!
Explicitly about reading emails: HeyHelp does need access to emails but only as needed to deliver our AI assistant features. We access your Gmail inbox with your explicit permission to analyze content and provide tags, summaries, and suggested replies. We never read your emails manually, and we do not store full email content after processing unless explicitly required for a feature (e.g., self-learning corrections).
We'll be around and happy to address any specific points you'd like!
been using this for a few months now glad that I made the investment. Great product, attentive dev team. keep going!

How is it with the data and "reading" those mails?
HeyHelp
@busmark_w_nika great question. We've been looking into security very carefully from Day 1. You can read more about our security practices here: https://support.heyhelp.ai/en/article/security-privacy-faqs-1u7jqn/.

@dudabardavid1 Are data somehow sold? I couldn't find anything in the privacy policy on this topic.
HeyHelp
@busmark_w_nika no, we don’t sell user data in our operations.
Checking email is no longer a chore! I love HeyHelp!
HeyHelp
@nicholas_greenweck thank you so much for the shoutout! 🙏 Means a lot, especially coming from someone who’s been with us since the very early days.
@nicholas_greenweck It will get even better when we release more features that are now being developed!
