@johnphamous Great to know, definitely makes this interesting then! 1 additional question, let's say your on the free plan and you go viral or something for a day and then go over your session count for the free plan. Does Highlight just stop recording sessions till next month or do you get locked out till you get a paid plan?

@zwlovoy That's a great situation to be in! We're pretty permissive on these things. Highlight will keep recording even after hitting the free tier limit. We do this to accomodate situations like this. To be able to view them, all you have to do is upgrade. After upgrading, all the previously locked sessions will be viewable. On the paid tiers, if you pass the tier's max, we'll switch you to usage-based pricing for the number of sessions over the tier's max.

Fullstory only takes you so far with their session replay for debugging things that go wrong, and they seem to be focusing more and more on product analytics. Highlight is likely cheaper if you're a startup (and free for 4 months), but more importantly, we're very focused on making sure bugs are fixed faster. Are comments features is much more mature and we have quite a lot customers that have switched over! Give us a shot!

@zwlovoy Highlight is framework-agnostic. We even support jQuery and Backbone 😉 There are some rough edges around the shadow DOM though. If you run into any we'd be happy to debug those issues.
