This is great. Used to do freelance and this would have done wonders not only for developing quotes but for credibility the customer is usually looking for to know that you didn't just pull a number out of your ass.
I think the pricing from this is spot on. A lot of teams under-budget their projects and do not factor in revision and clients who can't make up their minds. I recently got burned big time by giving a discount to a repeat client and then spending triple the time making revisions cause they couldn't make up their minds on what they really wanted.

I'd love to share this around!
What really are two places where distinction is required are :
1. API Building - Clients either don't understand this at all, or have half baked knowledge about this. Scaling as a business, for a platform, even a basic ecommerce site, a shareable API does wonders.
2. CMS - Most would just throw on a WordPress build and wrap it up, but an integrated dedicated CMS for a platform which has a quality editor and all the features is what increases cost.
With all the fancy shenanigans, an universal security and architecture point comes to play which would eventually cost the estimated price calculated here, otherwise either you're getting a great deal or are cutting corners.

I recently used sketchDeck and there prices were very good, about half of what the tool calculated for me.
I liked the way you have gone about automating the price quote for building a website. It has been discussed already if the quote is very high for the requirements. I think it all depends on the developers who are working on the project. For something which you are quoting 30,000 USD can be even done in 5000 USD if you hire an agency from some Asian countries. I think this should also be considered a factor whether you are looking for Developers from Asian or European or American countries. The pricing depends a lot on this factor in the today connected world.
