Two years ago @rrhoover shared 'How to Make Coffee' book that really resonated with the coffee nerd in me 😀 so I immediately bought it. It helped to get my coffee brewing and tasting to the next level (and keep conversations around it with strangers at coffee places lol).
But as much as I love coffee, I always tried to switch to tea. I started learning more about the different tea types, origins, brewing processes. 🍵And accidentally found this book a few months ago in SF MOMA store, which turned out to be quitea good intro the geography, biology, chemistry, physics; techniques, tools, and methods needed to brew a perfect cup of tea at home.
I'm not sure if @rrhoover is a tea fan, but this book can definitely be a good addition to his Coffee Table collection. 😅
