@briancurliss will drop you an email later
@jonnym1ller - I noticed! Clever. :) Here's a screenshot of all the info they dug up on me:
One suggestion: don't ALSO send the default Mailchimp subscription confirmation email. It's obnoxious.
Hi guys, I'm the creator of Hulimail. Happy to answer questions here. I'm also looking for users to give me feedback on a (currently somewhat rough) beta. If you're interested in that drop me an email robin@hulimail.com. Cheers!
Hey @rrhoover glad you liked the welcome email ;). I'd rather not go into the tech if that's ok, although I'm sure anyone really keen to know how it works could figure out most of it.
That is one hell of a welcome email. I'm using StackLead right now, shared last week or so. In all I'm curious about this as a business - feels like a feature at best and one I'm not terribly keen to pay for. It harkens back to Dan Martell's Flowtown, this data-brokering space.
