Hi Product Hunt! 👋🏼 We’re thrilled to introduce 💜 Human Health 💜 Human Health is a free app designed to help people anywhere keep track of their symptoms and treatments, and use their data to advocate for better care from their healthcare providers. My co-founder, Kate, and I devised Human Health after experiences with loved ones struggling to figure out which treatments would help. Navigating a broken healthcare system was tough - so we built the product our family needed - to stay on top of their health journey. We hope the app is useful for both adults, and parents of children, navigating complex health conditions. Long term, we'll offer our community the opportunity to pay it forward by optionally contributing their data to medical research. Our goal is to help speed up medical research for conditions where we don't have many answers. We also aim to reduce bias in research, to build representation of traditionally excluded groups like people of color, LGBTQ+ folks and women. We will be launching some exciting new features in the coming weeks. But right now we would love to hear from you - which features would you love to see us add to the app? 💜

Had the chance to try the app last week and found the symptom check-ins intuitive + not possible to achieve in the iOS Health app. The breadth of conditions and symptoms was also far ahead of what's supported in any other tool. Definitely check Human out if you have some symptoms or conditions to track on a recurring basis.

As a physician, the Human Health app disregards public safety and well-being. The app has not received regulatory approval, which means it operates without adequate oversight from health authorities, putting lives and health at risk. This lack of approval raises serious concerns about the app's effectiveness, accuracy, and potential harm to users. Furthermore, Human Health's data security measures fail to meet essential standards like ISO 27001. In an age where data breaches, especially health data, are becoming increasingly common, this is dangerous. Why would anyone trust their most valuable information with this "startup"?
