@olenabomko thanks so much! We focus on Tech companies that struggle to hire hard-to-reach and demanded software engineers. On the supply side we work with Tech recruiters who refer such candidates (in most cases people they know personally) and receive bonuses for that.

@jsteneros Great question, Johan! We receive a commission from the referral bonus, which is paid by the employer to the recruiter only in case of successful recruitment. The size of the bonus is determined by the employer.
