Haha wow didn't expect to see this show up on Product Hunt, afraid I have some bad news.. looks like my API access will probably be cut off shortly, so don't upvote this too much!
As for how I built it, Hype Machine has a public API that you can use to return a list of all the favorites for a particular username, and Spotify also has a public API that you can use to search (artist + title from Hype Machine) whether a certain song is on it. Once I get all the track ID's from Spotify, I can then create a playlist of your favorites. So I pretty much just connected the two API's with a little UI embellishment.

Finally!!! I always wanted this. I hate when a favorite disappears from soundcloud/hypemachine and I feel like I've lost it forever.

Worked like a charm! Would be awesome if it could continuously check for new Hypem favorites and add them to the same "Hype Machine Faves" playlist. Thanks for building this!

@adhuna looks like the playlist that was created in my spotify has the wrong songs. tried reconnecting and it won't let me. is it a bug?
