A mobile app would really help here since most agents are out visiting properties all day. Being able to scan a pige ad on the spot and get an instant estimation plus a quick note into the matching mandate would save a ton of back-and-forth at the office.

The gap you're describing (spot a pige ad on the street, get a number, log it against the right mandate) is exactly the kind of back-and-forth agents lose real time to. Today ImmoIntel is a responsive web app, so it's usable from a phone browser, but there's no dedicated capture flow like the one you're describing yet. Appreciating you spelling out the workflow this precisely, that's useful.
