@skagarroum@skagarroum hey Skander thanks for the great question! We actually originally started out targeting and providing a solution solely for startups, but after talking to small 'mom and pop' businesses we discovered:
1) Many sell their products through platforms like Postmates, Doordash and Caviar.
2) Lots of them actually don't like their experience through these services.
3) Because they get very little if any control over their brand or customer experience.
4) Postmates etc act as the customer, they go in buy the goods and deliver it, they have no idea who actually bought their product.
5) For 'mom and pops' that's devastating as they get a lot of loyal customers usually and are unable to provide their usual experience and loyalty programs.
6) So our software gives them a solution to own their store again, their product may be delivered by Postmates (or uber etc) but rather than being the ordering system - they just act like the UPS, Fedex or DHL of last mile/hourly delivery.
7) Postmates now only shows featured stores per city, so its really difficult to discover independent places.
There's also really no solution to help service based businesses the ability to provide their services (cleaning, handymen) ondemand.
@petejayhuang hey Pete thanks for the question :) Onfleet is awesome! But we actually provide a complete solution better tailored for small businesses who aren't technical or startup founders looking to get the ball rolling and test there idea quickly. We have the ordering + tracking system for customers, provider app (for both drivers and service providers - like cleaners) with admin section. Onfleet do the provider side with an integration into existing solutions.

This is an awesome idea! How are you guys powering your fleet?
@whoisnatelam hey Nathan! We actually just do the software for companies that have their own fleet or providers - a lot of people using us are service companies not just delivering products :) We have started handling delivery here in the USA, currently with just Postmates but we're integrating you guys too!

@alexsaidani That's awesome! I would love to chat with you on that.
@pakhzar hey Phillip - challenging question, I suppose it's entirely dependent on the restrictions of the state, with the correct confirmation process for medical cards (in CA) and with your own drivers it could work - our software would allow you to take the orders and manage the deliveries :)
@pakhzar hey Phil - I actually just checked on this. To confirm if you want to do the delivery you would have to have your own drivers sadly - none of the services we make use of could deliver cannabis.
@engmsaleh Thanks Mohamed! To answer your question, having emails enable us to communicate with our leads and learn more about their needs :)

@annchanyt Hi Ann, I know that, but the point here that as a new user I want to check pricing and other features first before I have to opt-in my email.
So, I think it is a little bit incentive to force me to put my email before I know all your complete offering.
@engmsaleh That's true, thanks for the feedback. We do offer examples and videos to showcase the product and features but I agree with you — I think we should provide more details on our offering

This is cool, do you guys work for companies outside of the states?
