AI-driven sales and support is fantastic but how does Vibe Distributing address sensitive customer data and privacy issues?
@gabriel_phillips hey Gabriel, that's an excellent question, and one we take incredibly seriously at IndieBoosting. Data privacy and security are paramount, especially when dealing with AI that interacts with customer information.
Regarding data processing, we are committed to transparency. We already made it clear in our Privacy Policy that you might want to take a look at.
The 'training data' for the AMA AI Agents comes directly from the indie makers themselves. They provide the information about their products, FAQs, and support documentation. We do not scrape or collect data from their users without explicit consent.
We prioritize user privacy and anonymity. We explicitly designed IndieBoosting not to use cookies or similar tracking technologies. While we do track basic, anonymized metrics like impression and click counts for the widgets (to show performance to both indie makers and boosters), these are aggregated and cannot be tied back to individual users. We do not engage in any form of cross-site tracking or user profiling.
Indie makers have full control over the information their AI Agents use, and can update or remove it at any time.
Although no sensitive data is stored, IndieBoosting runs on the top of secured cloud infrastructure that meets industry standards.
We focus on facilitating informed interactions based on information intentionally provided by indie makers, without compromising the privacy of their potential customers. We believe this strikes the right balance between innovation and responsible data handling.
Things might got more complicated & challenging one day, but we will do our best to respect the customer privacy, I promise.
AI managing marketing is a great idea but How does Vibe Distributing ensure that campaigns come across as authentic rather than robotic or generic?

Currently we have some tactics implemented under the hood to avoid spamming or robot traffic (instead of just using a build-in solution, we combined many solutions out there to enhance the accuracy, Cloudflare is one of them), it works pretty well so far.
But this is a long run, things like that will keep evolving so we have no choice except making a promise that we will keep everything up to date every day to compete with them! 💪
