Inktrail is an AI-ASSISTED AGENT workspace that turns messy inputs like ideas, notes, and conversations into structured outputs. Instead of jumping between tools, you can write, organize, and refine in one place. Bring in raw inputs, use agents to shape them into clear documents or plans, and edit everything directly. It’s built to remove friction and keep your workflow simple. Ideal for product managers, founders, and teams turning ideas into structured, shareable work.

Hi everyone 👋
We built Inktrail because we kept running into the same frustrating workflow.
Turning an idea into something usable — a PRD, strategy doc, or plan — always felt more complicated than it should be.
We’d write rough notes in one place, use AI in another, structure things somewhere else, then try to pull everything together at the end. It wasn’t just inefficient. It made it harder to think clearly.
AI tools helped generate content, but they didn’t help us finish the work. We still had to structure, edit, and make everything usable.
We wanted something different. A workspace where you can start with messy input, use AI-ASSISTED AGENTS to structure it, refine it directly, and end up with something you can actually use or share.
That’s what Inktrail is.
Right now, we’re focused on simple but powerful workflows like turning meeting notes into structured docs, turning rough ideas into product or strategy plans, and organizing research into clear outputs.
We’re still early, and we know there’s a lot to improve. We’d really value your feedback.
What would you use this for?
Where does it feel useful or not?
What’s unclear or confusing?
Thanks for checking it out 🙏
Nice! Does it also allow voicenote submissions? Cos sometimes I just want to ramble all my thoughts and have it structured for me
@ladefalobi yes it does. It allows voice notes submission and it will structure it appropriately without loosing the content and context of your voice submission
@ladefalobi Thank you Lade, yes it does support voice submissions. We are working on a phase two where it can record and transcribe meetings

I like the focus on actually finishing the work, not just generating drafts. Most tools help you start faster but you still have to do a lot of cleanup after.
Looking forward to trying this!
@ebenezerdon Thank you so much for this and I am looking forward to your feedback.
