Hi! Thanks for sharing. I understand the tool classifies user feedback into three categories: "Positive", "Mixed", and "Negative", and shows the percentage of positive feedback in dashboard. Is my understanding correct? Am I missing other functionalities. Does it work in all languages? All the best!
@lucreka Hey Lu! You're correct about the sentiments. Currently, it only supports English but different languages will eventually be implemented! There will be more functionalities coming soon. Such as, summary and key words to be noted from the surveys
Congrats on the launch, Caitlin. Turning raw survey responses into clear insights is a real pain point for many teams, especially when feedback volumes grow quickly.
One feature that could add a lot of value is trend tracking over time-for example showing how sentiment changes after a product update or release. Integrations with tools like Slack, Zendesk, or Intercom could also help teams act on insights faster.
Really nice concept. Looking forward to seeing how InsightFeed evolves.
