Hi Danny, I am a longtime fun and promoter of LandingFolio and appreciate the super-good work you have been doing over the years. I think that Inspireframe is a great, useful tool, that can be of great use to designers, agencies and anyone else who wants to rapidly sketch a possible web page structure and some indicative looks for it. I find usability quite good, and the zero learning curve excellent. I am a bit puzzled when it comes to pricing, as I think a tool like this would be a very hugely powerful tool to upsell many extra add-ins or tools if it was completely free. If it was me to have developed it, I would have seriously considered providing most / if not all of the blocks available in each section (for free). Thus one could really do something with it even at zero cost. With the six blocks per section limit I find it very hard to use Inspireframe for anything but showing Inspireframe. On the other hand I would have limited export only to those paying, thus significantly increasing conversions (if I can't experiment and see how useful it can be, why buy a subscription. On the other hand if I feel right away cool with the tool, experiment and obtain roughs that I would like to use, then I am motivated 110% to buy a subscription.) I also find pricing a bit on the high end. I'd consider lowering pricing at least for the first year (while making it clear that this will increase in the future - you can always change your mind and keep it low).

Really appreciate the promotion you've done for Landingfolio, it means a lot to me!! 🙏🏻 About the pricing, I'm getting 180 degrees different comments. A lot of people told me to increase the pricing as it offers a lot of value for them. Based on that I increase the price. I've got 80 paid signups in the last one and a half weeks, most of them choosing lifetime. I've realized the tool fills in a gap in the prototyping/inspiration niche. Lots of CEOs using it to communicate their design vision to their teams. On the other hand a lot of agencies, designers, and developers using it to upload their "swipe files" and skipping using Sketch at together. In the last few days, I got a lot of solid feedback and missing features. I'm building these into the tool as soon as possible to make it worth the price even more. Regarding the freemium. I've been doing this with Landingfolio for the last 5 years and it's super hard to pay your bills with. With this monthly pricing, I'm trying to make focusing on my startups 100% of the time worth it. People that don't want to pay can keep using Landingfolio, for the real power users, Inspireframe is the way to go. Though, I'm very curious. How would you upsell add-ins and tools to the product?
