I am the Frontend Engineer at Instill AI. I want to express my sincere gratitude to @shih_chun_huang for orchestrating the impactful launch of Instill VDP on Product Hunt - it's an exciting milestone for our organisation!✨
I am excited to share my insights on the development of this product. I joined the team in June 2023, and within six months, we have built several versions of the product that we have now. We believe that the first version is not the last one, and every software needs revision and updates to make it better.
The team believes in delivering fast without compromising on quality. Every fine detail matters, especially when it comes to UI and UX, making it even more important. Being a SAAS product, having clean and easy-to-understand documentation is the most critical thing to manage. As a team, we all contribute to the documentation, and every individual is responsible for documenting the features they have developed.

Instill is super flexible to test concepts. It's also easy to wrap and integrate into a private data pipeline. I am very excited to explore this tool!

Even though the existing MLOps tools have helped accelerate the ML model development, seamless integration of the AI tech stack and the unstructured data stack is still missing. We built VDP to speed up the AI adoption and fix the unstructured data value chain.
