After my last start-up closed, I took a break from building for-profit tech projects for a while. However, I was still interested in tech start-ups and wanted to be involved somehow. I joined some angel investment groups and started to review startups that I could co-invest in with small amounts of money. I soon learnt about how time-consuming and stressful a deal analysis and due diligence could be, especially for small VC firms. What made it worse is that spending more time analysing a deal didn't mean that you would make the right decision. That is how I got the idea for Intra. Intra does two things: 1. Helps VCs get to decisions faster 2. Help Vcs feel more confident about their decisions We have piloted with a few companies, and the feedback has been great. We are now opening this up to more people to get started with and share feedback
