invoicemon is a local-first invoicing app that runs entirely in your browser. Create invoices, save PDFs, keep a local invoice library, and email clients without creating an account. Most data stays on your device by default. For freelancers, consultants, and small businesses, a business license adds encrypted cloud sync, JSON backups, business defaults, AI-powered email drafts, SMTP sending, and multi-device support. Fast, private, and intentionally opinionated design.
Hey everyone,
I built invoicemon because I wanted an invoicing tool that let me get straight to creating an invoice instead of creating an account first.
It started as a small personal project and gradually grew into something I use regularly. The goal was simple: open the app, create an invoice, export a PDF, and move on with your day.
Most data stays in your browser by default. You can create invoices, save PDFs, and keep a local invoice library for free. For freelancers, consultants, and small businesses who need more, there's an optional lifetime license that adds encrypted cloud sync, JSON backups, AI-assisted email drafting, SMTP sending, and multi-device support.
I'd love to hear what you think. What feels useful? What's missing? What would make it better for your workflow?
Thanks for taking a look, and I'm happy to answer any questions.
PS: As a thank you to the Product Hunt community, you can use PH50 during checkout to get 50% off the lifetime license.
