Please take with a grain of salt as I've been asked to take a brief look and provide some thoughts. I have not downloaded nor actively used the app. But in concept, I have some thoughts.
Overall, looks fun, easy-to-use, and leverages best practices in gamification to reinforce healthy behavior.
From a hyper-critical eye, here's what I can foresee being issues - and not so much in the product, but more from the perspective of business culture and human behavior. I'm sure iRH has thought through these and done a lot of consumer behavior research, so this is not meant to be bashing the product, just some things that I would dig into if I were on the product team!
Here I go:
First, users will be adopting new behavior - not only in their health and wellness, but also in using this app. They'll need to adopt an entirely new platform, and then you'll need to reinforce their usage of the platform in addition to incentivizing them to practice new healthy behaviors in their lives. If there are suggestions on how to promote programs that help lower the barrier to entry (e.g., mindfulness program where you adopt 5 minutes of meditation twice a week... then graduate to 5x/week, etc.), I think that would be a huge added benefit to anyone who's adopting this, on either the service provider or user side.
And what about users who are already using health trackers and other apps to track certain behaviors? You may be asking people who have already adopted these behaviors to double up. Maybe not for MVP1, but down the line, an iteration will include integration with Strava, Apple Health, Headspace... That way I'm not tracking and logging my run/steps/minutes meditating in one app and then having to go to iRH to log it again to my employer.
There's also the question of the competency of the employer - are the key decision makers HR reps? Health and Wellness consultants? Corporate Wellness directors? Are you targeting major corporations? How is the platform empowering and making it easy for these decision makers to develop programs around the service with authority and confidence?
Lastly, are the incentives good enough to truly reinforce the behavior? Do I get comp days, bonus PTO, cash? From my experience in every environment from a corporation of 1500+ to a startup of 12, it'll take a lot for me to download an app, adopt a new healthy behavior, and then log it to my employer for little incentive. I can see a lot of employees feeling like they have bigger fish to fry, like finishing up a 10-hour work day, or working through lunch, or having to get out of a triple-booked meeting and get that last client email out than to take 5 minutes out of the middle of the day to meditate or 30 minutes to go for a walk. And then I log it... for...?
I recommend that this product come with a competently trained account manager who understands the health and wellness space and can coach companies who are adopting this app. Programs should be developed so that it's easy plug and play... e.g.,
I want my company to be fitter, so adopt the "activity program" which has preloaded goal behaviors (walking/running/stretching) and tiers as well as recommended incentives based on user feedback data.
Or I want my company to be less stressed, so I'll launch the "mindfulness program" which is preloaded with different mindfulness/meditation exercises and practices and incentives to match.
Just my $0.02!
Pros:Fun concept; positive reinforcement; app looks user-friendly
Cons:Human behavior; corporate culture; cost-benefit

Proud of Rick and the entire team at iRewardHealth - they've been signing us customers everywhere including the city of Boston for health competitions.
Specifically, iRewardHealth is one of the few products in the market that combines personally accountability with incentive-based motivation leading to positive results for the companies that enroll.
Pros:Incentives for employees are tangible and adds to the team dynamic in a positive way. Really love the dashboard and how intuitive it is.
Cons:N/A at this time
