Hey PH, Thanks Michael for hunting! We are Piyush, Kamran, and Dr. Anish, the cofounders of Jeevam Health. We are creating a medical service to identify and address the root cause of chronic health conditions. Jeevam doctors work with patients to identify and address the root cause through nutrition, supplements, lifestyle changes, and optimized medicine. Our Functional doctors investigate deeply to cure the cause rather than suppressing the symptoms., and a comprehensive care plan is delivered with a focus on the doctor-patient relationship and holistic medicine. In our current healthcare system, patient visits are usually focused on resolving symptoms rather than the core reasons for someone's struggle. The average doctor-patient visit is only 10 minutes. This approach leads to an increase in doses of lifelong medications without resolving root causes or even symptoms. We have designed a membership service that allows patients to work with functional doctors and coaches to resolve their complicated health conditions. The typical treatment duration goes from 9-12 months. Our Functional Doctor and coaches handhold the Patient throughout this journey. We are building Jeevam for our loved ones, so we'd love to hear from everybody who has or had a similar type of health experience. We are eager to hear your experiences, thoughts, and feedback!

Kudos to what you guys are doing. I never knew this kind of approach to Chronic Ilness existed till I came across Jeevam. My mom has been a thyroid patient since last 15 years with her condition more or less staying the same, but in just 3 months of consulting Jeevam team we could see stark improvements.

With increasing cases of chronic diseases throughout the globe, tackling them in the correct way is of utmost importance. What we've seen until now is lot of patch work(tackling the symptom) being done on the patients, which might have consequences elsewhere in the body!
