Having done Observability at X and Twitter, building these agents had a lot of similarity. Wake up if they fail, improve, rinse, repeat. Put skin in the game and make the agent as good as it can ever be.
Shipping agents in brick and mortar insurance business has been very different from my full-on internet Twitter days. But I think getting the grasp of traditional industries and shipping new technology to them that is extremely reliable will ultimately make the world a better place.
