It actually gets context which is wild. I can literally just say “invoice John for the campaign work last week” and it knows exactly what I mean - pulls the right details and everything.

Was the AI invoice creation accurate from voice or text?
Voice accuracy was better than expected — not flawless, but good enough that I only made tiny edits.
Could you control the tone and timing of chasers?
Yes, both the tone and timing were customizable and easy to adjust.
Did email deliverability and spam filtering cause issues?
No real problems, but I’d like slightly more control over the sender name.
The AI chasing feature is honestly the best part. It follows up with clients automatically and keeps it friendly - I don’t have to stress about sending those awkward reminder emails anymore.
What needs improvement
Would be cool to have different follow-up styles to choose from? Like maybe playful for some clients, more strict for others. Just a thought.
