How does JobMojito ensure that the AI-driven interviews remain unbiased and fair across different cultures and languages?
@nefesta Hi Nadiia, Thank you! Our platform utilizes Rubric Scoring meaning that when you create an interview, we will define requirements which candidates need to meet to have strong, moderate or weak score. Then during the interviews, each candidate is compared agains that same rubric removing any potential bias. In the results screen, you can see results for each assessment so event the scores could be explained easily!
