I built Jobtolk because visibility has become the biggest barrier for freelancers and local service providers. You can have real skill, yet still get buried under proposals, algorithms, or platforms that reward bidding over actual talent.
I’ve seen people with genuine ability struggle simply because nobody can see what they can do. I’ve also seen local artisans and creators who don’t fit into the traditional “online job” structure get ignored completely.
That pushed me to rethink the whole system. Instead of resumes, long profiles, or endless proposals, Jobtolk uses short videos and intelligent matching to let people show their actual work. It’s simple: skill first, visibility first, fairness first.
This MVP is the first step. The goal is to make discovering talent as natural as scrolling a feed — and make earning based on skill accessible to anyone.
