Job clarity for operators, QuickBooks for accounting

Job Costing is a job-first visibility layer built on top of QuickBooks. Accountants continue working in QuickBooks or an ERP. Operators, owners, and executives use Job Costing to understand how jobs are actually performing at the job level. Revenue, costs, profitability, and where time and money are going, without needing accounting expertise. It translates accounting data into operational clarity, so decisions stay focused on jobs.

Hey Product Hunt π,
Job Costing came from a recurring gap I saw between accounting systems and the people actually running jobs. The data existed in QuickBooks, but it wasnβt accessible in a way that supported day-to-day decisions.
Accountants stay in QuickBooks or an ERP. Job Costing gives operators, owners, and executives a clear view into how jobs are performing as the work happens.
Iβd love feedback on what job-level insight would be most valuable to you or the platform if you get a chance to check it out!
Thanks
-Robin
**Also one important additional note**
Jobtrics is currently optimized for QuickBooks Online Simple Start and Essentials plans, which is perfect for small to mid-size contractors and service businesses getting started with job costing.
We're actively working on full support for QBO Plus and Advanced plans (with sub-customer/project tracking) and expect to roll that out in the next few weeks.
For now, if you're on Plus/Advanced and use QuickBooks Projects, you'll see your parent customers but not individual sub-customer jobs. We'll have full project hierarchy support very soon!
Thanks for your patience as we build this out! π
