Kablio is jobs marketplace entirely focused on the Construction, Energy and Engineering sectors.
🤔Why we started Kablio?
The things we build in big quantities, like cars and computers, drop in price. The things we don’t, like housing, nuclear plants, wind turbines and rail infrastructure, shoot up in price. To counter the escalating costs of housing, infrastructure, and clean energy, we need to build better and more.
Standing in the way are inefficiencies in the talent allocation process and labour shortages. That’s why we’re launching Kablio, a global job marketplace tailored to the evolving needs of candidates, employers, recruiters, and referees in the construction, engineering, and clean energy sectors.

We aggregate tens of thousands of Construction, Energy and Engineering jobs onto one platform so you don’t have to spend time jumping across lots of websites.
- AI-powered Job Matching
Our AI-Native Job Match Engine, powered by the latest LLMs, delivers personalised job matches tailored to your search preferences, allowing you to effortlessly swipe through opportunities.
- Enriched company profiles
We uncover valuable information about companies, such as ESG records and inclusion and diversity metrics, and display it as you swipe through job listings, helping you make more informed application choices. If any information is missing, we make sure to highlight it for you!

How does it compare to traditional keyword-based searches in terms of accuracy?
Regarding the enriched company profiles, how do you ensure the ESG and diversity information is up-to-date and accurate?

We pre-process the job data and use RAG with our own custom definitions. Additionally, we employ traditional keyword-based classifications when we achieve a super high degree of confidence. Our next step is to develop a fine-tuned, end-to-end system to further enhance our process
Company profiles are still developed manually. We’re working on automating this process without compromising on quality. Perplexity api and similar options are still not good enough yet.
