the wildest part of building Kaily was teaching it to not sound like a typical chatbot. we wanted something that actually feels like talking to a teammate who gets your brand.
look, I know everyone's tired of bots. But the reality is, they're solving repetitive issues way faster than any human team can. The trick is making them not feel like bots. That's what we're obsessed with over here at Kaily.

How well does Kaily handle updates to the original docs? if the content changes frequently, does the bot automatically stay in sync?

@getsiful Kaily allows you to customise how often you'd like to sync your sources!
For dynamic data sources like Notion Docs, Google Drive, Github repos, etc you can set a custom frequency (via dropdown or a simple cron expression)
Static docs and PDFs of course, will need to be re-uploaded manually.
Additionally, we've also added a "deep web search" integration. Enable it and Kaily will be able to use the wider internet to get info for better answers!

For context continuity - We have a unique entity titled "Context" on the platform. It holds context and summaries from all of a user's (whose identity can be mapped via email or phone number) previous chats across channels. This is stored neatly for you support team to always remain updated on users
As for Kaily herself - It's a configuration we manually turn on when requested. If your team needs, we can allow your AI Agent itself to retain context for each user profile and reply with more awareness. It's not a default to avoid the more complex issues that come with longer "thinking" times
The way a conversation jumps between channels and the human handoff can be custom configured according to your team
