The main question is about how AI gets the right data (and understands it's right)? It's just magic if can do it with a few MCP connected without predefined flows.

@pasha_tseluyko I'd say it's a little bit of the right data sources + accurate persona + the right MCP connections. Kaily like any AI agent needs all 3 to work well. We've just made it super easy to configure all three so the agent becomes infinitely more smart and customisable. (But yes a little bit of it is pure AI magic where Kaily does understand context and content better than most other agents)

Kaily can be trained to collect customer feedback data regularly and then optimise based on it. This can be done via a simple addition to the agent's "persona" or deploying a workflow that connects your CDP with the platform.
As for nuanced feedback, Kaily uses different matrices like "agent empathy" and "customer sentiment" to account for the different ways in which a person can respond. These help you monitor agent performance super closely

My opinion : Our edge over OpenAI is in our flexibility and ease-of-use, especially for mid-sized businesses. OpenAI's custom GPTs do allow people to build autonomous agents but they have their own caveats. We're a much cleaner, more customisable platform. Plus our Voice and Video agents are always a good plus!
