Kin is an app that lives on my home screen and that I use everyday *because if works*.
Before Kin, I used to think it was impossible for anyone to stick to a healthy habit every single day. There are probably some days where I forget to brush my teeth! 😬😬😬
Since using Kin, I’ve worked out 366 out of 367 days and I’ve meditated 326 days in a row.

Congratulations on the launch! The last year has been so such an important year in my life where I got an opportunity to reflect, and form habits. I maintained a journal and used to track activity with a no. of apps in iPhone, but didn't find any good one-stop-solution. I wish Kin was there, to be able to connect with the communities, helping each other reach our goals. Will definitely try it 🙏
